Can anyone tell me what size drill bit I need to use to ream the upper suspension arm on the Gen XL? The pin seems to be 5/32 and the drill bit slides freely in and out, but when I put the pin in the arm does not move as freely as i would expect.

Thanks

we generally use an .080" reamer to free up our upper arms.

you can also free them up quite a bit by just inserting the pin into the upper arm (arm only, not into the upper arm mount), and then heating it up with a heat gun or hair dryer.

USE PLIERS! it will get hot and burn you if you use your bare fingers! once the pin is hot, work it back and forth with the pliers and the holes will free up.
