CRC cars and tires take the top spots!

The Halloween Classic (HC) held near Cleveland, OH has been a indoor carpet tradition since the 80’s. Road racers from around the country use the HC event to kick start their indoor racing season. Again for 2015, the crew at NORCAR held the event at their club track at the Gate in Brunswick, OH. The race sold out in a matter of hours with racers attending from all over the USA and Canada.

CRC pilot Mitch Witteman dominates qualifying in 1/12th scale!

Team CRC’s Mitch Witteman was solid all weekend, capturing Top Qualifier in both in 13.5 + 17.5. Mitch has been a terror on 1/12th road circuits since the mid 1980’s.His 2015 success shows the competition that the experienced veteran still has some tricks up his sleeve!

 

Wiita and Witteman go 1-2 in the A main of BOTH 17.5 and 13.5!

Minnesota driver John Wiita was able to convert his top 3 starting positions into a victory in both the 17.5 and 13.5 classes at the Halloween Classic. Over the last year or so, Wiita has consistently become a major threat to win any race he enters. To round out the top 2, Witteman put his T.Q. machine in the 2nd spot for a solid 1-2 CRC sweep!
