CRC hits it big in Vegas!

In 1/12th Stock, CRC northwest Carpet Knife driver, Peter Robinson, was Top Qualifier of the race, spanking all competitiors by a full 7 seconds.

Joining Peter in the main was Jeff Dayger, Brian Wynn and Frank Calandra Jr., all driving Carpet Knifes. Also making the show was Tennessee T-Fource driver Michael Skeen from Thunder R/C.

In the A-final, CRC’s own Frank Jr. went on to win with teammates Robinson and Dayger finishing 2nd and 3rd. It was an all Carpet Knife podium! Frank Jr. used CRC Black compound front and grey compound rear tires, no fancy, expensive and overrated ”’stage” tires needed.

In 1/12th modified, Team Tamiya, Orion and CRC pilot Marc Rheinard also proved no fancy cars or tires are needed to be the fastest in 1/12th modified. All during qualifying, Marc consistantly set fast lap time in 1/12th mod using his CRC Carpet Knife 3.2R and CRC Track Magnet tires

Joining Marc in the A-main of 1/12th Mod was T-Fource Pilots Mike McMahon and Hubert Honigl.

CRC Carpet Knife and T-Fource Setups used by Team CRC are posted here
