#4262 – Precision Front Ride Height Adjusters

Made from precision cut shim stock, CRC’s new ride height adjusters come in .010″, .020″ and .030″ thicknesses. Each size is a diff color to make identification easy. The shim pieces are slotted so the front end screws only need to be loosened, not removed. A small tab with a hole allows more convenient installation.

VCS “Dura-Shock” Complete Shock Kit from CRC

The standard VCS shock uses a plastic snap-in ring that is prone to pulling out of position on a big crash. When this happens, the shock looses it’s fluid and basically falls apart. CRC addresses this issue with the new “VCS Dura-Shock”. The Dura-Shock has a threaded Delrin insert to contain the shock internals. Speaking of internals, other optional shocks on the market use special shock internals. However, the new CRC VCS Dura-Shock uses STOCK internal components from the standard VCS shock. These are easily found on any dealer’s shelf and are very affordable. And with regard to price, the CRC unit comes complete, with the #13459 threaded collar, shock shaft, o-rings, ballcups and aluminum shock bottom/spring perch.

CRC also offers low-cost “conversion” kits to convert standard VCS shocks to the new Dura-Shock. The kits are available in silver, blue and red and easily convert your standard VCS to the super smooth, strong CRC VCS Dura-Shock.
