Super soft silicone sensor wire for brushless motors. These new sensor wires feature flexible wires with a thin silicone cover. The entire cable is shrouded with a soft over shield of thin silicone rubber. This soft wire is very important on sensitive 1:12th + 1:10th scale pan cars. New CRC Gen-X 10 Hop ups!

Team CRC has new go-fast goodies for all you Gen-X 10 drivers that want to keep your ride up to date with all the latest trends in carpet racing. The CRC racing team is sweeping up both the major races in 2008 for World GT. First, Mark Smyka took the Gen-X 10 to victory at the International Indoor Championships in Las Vegas. Then at the U.S. Indoor Champs in Cleveland, OH, the World GT class had it’s biggest entry list so far with over 50 entries. Tom Firsching took his Gen-X 10 to T.Q. and an A-main win. Here are some of the hop-up parts the team has been using;

Optional Wide Body Mount Set for CRC Gen-X 10

When the Gen-X 10 was designed, the rules and body styles for racing were still not yet decided. As the category progressed, bodies and rules began to be standardized. We found that the “hot” World GT bodies like the Protoform Corvette and Sophia had a small flat space outside the greenhouse that was the optimum place to put the rear body posts. With CRC’s in house CNC machines, we quickly were able to address this situation and offer the racers an option to allow for short rear body mounts.

Mounts right up and includes stock body position holes as well as the new wider mounts.

With the option body mount, short body posts are used.

Optional Front Stiffener for CRC Gen-X 10

The Gen-X 10 front end is extremely adjustable. Adding to the adjustability is the new carbon fiber cross plate from CRC. The 2 mm carbon fiber stiffener plate stabilizes the car, reducing the tendency to traction roll on high grip tracks. It is a great tuning tool to use on asphalt or carpet.
